The use of indigo as a textile dye, which dates back several centuries, has always had very specific peculiarities, beginning with its characteristic blue colour. Its intensity fades through use and washing, although it always retains its original blue tone, something that is impossible with any other dye.

The special application system prevents this dye from penetrating to the core of the thread, which remains white, thus fostering multiple finishes later.
